- The refund request is submitted after the 30-day eligibility period.
Refund Review & Processing
All refund requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion based on the status of the service delivery.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
